The Forum

Tokens are the new unit of technology spend.

The discipline to govern that spend has not kept pace.

Tokenomics NYC brings together the senior leaders whose companies are absorbing the largest and fastest-growing line on the enterprise technology budget. CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, Chief AI Officers, and the operators building the practice underneath them.

The agenda is set by peers, not vendors. Sessions are working sessions, not keynotes. Every seat in the room is held by someone with authority over AI spend, AI value, or both.

The Tokenomics Foundation is the vendor-neutral, community-built home for the primitives of AI economics: token production, consumption, and monetization. NYC is the first in the 2027 Executive Series.

How it Works

Three rules the room runs on.

i.

Chatham House Rule

Attendees may use what they hear. They may not identify who said it. Nothing is recorded, nothing is broadcast, and the roster stays with the Foundation.

ii.

Curated by application

Every seat is reviewed by the program committee. The composition of the room is the product. Expect a mix of practitioners and suppliers, held at a deliberate ratio.

iii.

Vendor-neutral by charter

The Tokenomics Foundation is a project of the Linux Foundation. No product pitches, no sponsored keynotes, no vendor track. Working sessions only.

Venue

Manhattan, in the room where it happens.

A private venue in Midtown
Full address shared with confirmed attendees fourteen days before the forum.
Walking distance from Grand Central and the Midtown hotel corridor. Airport transfers arranged for out-of-town attendees on request.

The venue is a working room. No stage, no theater seating, no exhibit floor. Round tables, a shared whiteboard, and one screen. The building was chosen because it is quiet, it is private, and it is close to the offices most attendees are already coming from.

A small block of rooms has been held at a nearby hotel for attendees traveling in. Details go out with the invitation.
